This piece is inspired by those people who follow the flow of their existence without struggling against the current, calmly navigating through each season of their life. I really admire this way of living, this ability to accept what comes towards you, and to let go without trying to hold on.
The small gold leaves are a symbol in this painting: although well anchored to the branches of a tree, they twirl in the wind the next second and are gracefully carried to their next destination.
The fuchsia and gold colors on a dark background also give the impression that the two trees light up the night, as if they were their own suns. Offering both a gentle and light ascension, “Let You In” is a piece full of movement and contrasts, whether through the luminosity of the gold strokes and the depth of the ebony sky, or the solidity of the trees and the volatility of the leaves.
If you are lucky enough to hang it near a window, you will be able to enjoy its very different shine depending on the angle of the sun!
